1. Business Profitability

● Own the P&L of the social media vertical.

● Ensure healthy profit margins across projects.

2. Vertical Management

● Manage end-to-end social media operations: strategy, planning, execution, reporting.

● Deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-brand campaigns.

● Implement automation and process optimization for scalable efficiency.

3. Client Management & Retention

● Personally lead high-budget/high-retainer clients.

● Ensure client satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

4. Team Leadership & Development

● Lead, mentor, and manage the full social media team.

● Align team members with KPIs and KRAs.

● Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability.

● Build a positive, growth-driven culture and reduce attrition.

5. Performance & Operational Efficiency

● Monitor team performance across all functions.

● Optimize manpower, budgets, and tools to minimize wastage.

● Reduce delays, errors, and rework.

6. Processes, Systems & SOPs

● Develop and enforce SOPs across the vertical.

● Standardize workflows and automate repetitive processes.

7. Mentorship & Training

● Provide continuous guidance and upskilling for the team.

● Build capability in creativity, execution and client handling.

8. Strategy & Market Positioning

● Build and implement growth strategies.

● Keep ahead of trends, platforms, and industry innovations.

● Introduce new formats and approaches to strengthen market presence.

9. Leadership & Culture

● Encourage innovation, initiative, and extra efforts from the team.

● Uphold company values and strengthen team culture.

10. Client Satisfaction & CRM

● Deliver transparent reporting to clients and founders.

● Achieve high client satisfaction scores (NPS/feedback).
