Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to lead our packaging facility. The role involves driving process optimization, production efficiency, quality assurance, preventive maintenance, and cost control while ensuring continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations & production planning
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency & reduce costs
• Oversee quality checks, documentation & audits
• Supervise preventive maintenance & machine audits
• Mentor teams & ensure safety compliance

Requirements:

• 10–12 years in packaging/manufacturing operations
• Strong expertise in process optimization, audits & quality systems

• Education: B.Tech / Engineering background preferred, candidates from IIP Delhi will be given preference
