Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations across all stores.
Ensure each store meets company standards in customer service, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and expansion.
Monitor KPIs and take action to improve store performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, HR, and finance.
Train, mentor, and guide store managers and regional teams.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in retail operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of multi-store operations, preferably in large retail chains.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage operations across multiple locations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
