Operations Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Head to oversee and manage the overall operations of our organization. The role requires a strategic leader with strong problem-solving skills and proven expertise in driving efficiency across multiple departments. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and operational excellence.
• Mentor and guide department heads while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
