WE ARE HIRING OPERATION HEAD

The Operations Head will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the academy, ensuring smooth functioning across academic, administrative, and support departments. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of academic delivery and student experience

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
• Oversee faculty schedules, timetables, assessments, and certification processes.
• Ensure proper functioning of front office, classrooms, labs, and facilities.
• Lead and coordinate staff, monitor attendance, and ensure discipline.
• Handle student queries, feedback, and grievance resolution.
• Support in meeting enrolment targets and coordinating with sales/marketing teams.
• Track operational performance and submit periodic reports to management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
