Operations Head

As an Operations Head in the FMCG industry, your primary responsibility will be to lead and optimize end-to-end operations covering production, supply chain, logistics, quality, and vendor management. Your role will focus on ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic & Tactical Planning - Supply Chain & Inventory Management - Production Oversight - Quality, Safety & Compliance - Team Leadership & Vendor Management - Performance Analysis & Reporting Qualifications Required: - Industry experience: 5+ years in FMCG operations/production management within manufacturing or distribution. - Leadership skills: Ability to manage teams of 20+ across functions. - Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with ERP/TMS/WMS systems, and MS Excel expertise. - Process Excellence: Experience in implementing Lean or Six Sigma initiatives. - Business Acumen: Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning. - Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners. - Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with food safety, licenses, environmental, and safety regulations.
