Job Title: Operations Head (1–2 Years Experience) MBL Suraksha Security Systems is hiring for Operations Head, The candidate will be Responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting process improvements, managing basic reporting, and ensuring smooth workflow across teams. Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (in hand) Interview Type Round 1 : Initial (Virtual) Round 2 : Final (In Person) Location: Lawrence Road, Tri Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110035 Experience: 1–2 Years Role: Full-Time Key Responsibilities :- Assist in planning and coordinating daily operational activities. Monitor tasks, follow up with teams, and ensure timely completion. Support process improvements and help create/update SOPs. Coordinate with departments like Sales, marketing, procurement, and Admin for smooth operations. Track operational data and prepare MIS reports for management. Support implementation of new tools or systems to improve efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1–2 years of experience in same tasks. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of workflow and process management. Proficiency in MIS, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation.
