About the Role

Marketing Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Shoot Logistics:
Handle end-to-end logistics for marketing and content shoots — from ordering products from the warehouse, transporting them to shoot locations, and ensuring timely returns post-shoot.
Wardrobe & Styling Management:
Track clothing and accessories borrowed for styling, ensure proper usage, returns, and upkeep.
Product Coordination:
Maintain a system to log which bags/products are sent out, where they are, and ensure they are returned in good condition.
On-ground Support:
Be present at shoots to manage product handling, assist stylists/photographers, and ensure smooth operations.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with delivery partners, stylists, and production teams for timely pickups/drops.
Inventory & Documentation:
Maintain records of product movement, invoices, and shoot-related expenses.
Day-to-Day Marketing Ops:
Support the team with other operational tasks like packaging dispatches for influencers, sample requests, and campaign deliveries.

Requirements

Graduate degree (any discipline).
2-3 years of work experience (internship/agency/brand side experience in marketing operations, production, or coordination is a plus).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Comfortable with physical coordination tasks (moving products, managing returns, being on-ground at shoots).
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Enthusiastic about marketing, fashion/lifestyle, and willing to learn.
