Position : Operations Executive

1. Data Management: Handling sensitive and confidential information, maintaining and updating company databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.2. Report Preparation: Creating and submitting regular reports to management related to audits and inspections.3. Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication between different departments, including audit teams, & compliance teams.4. Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.5. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements for audits and inspections.6. Audit Support: Providing support to audit teams, including gathering information, preparing documents, and coordinating with auditees.
