About Urban Trekkers:

Urban Trekkers is a growing outdoor adventure brand that curates offbeat trekking experiences, monsoon getaways, and nature programs across Maharashtra. We work closely with schools, colleges, and brands to create raw, nature-first travel experiences.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for one male and one female full-time Operations Executives who can assist in handling customer queries, social media, outreach to clients (like schools/brands), and general backend operations. You don’t need to know everything—we’ll train you. But you must be willing to learn, multitask, and communicate confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Make outreach calls to schools, colleges, and brands for trek/event collaborations
• Create basic itineraries and participant sheets (format/templates will be provided)
• Use Canva to make simple social media creatives (training will be provided if needed)
• Manage Google Sheets and backend booking records
• Assist in organizing local treks, content creator trips, and outdoor events

Work directly with the founder on day-to-day operations and strategy

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
