Role Overview: We’re looking for one male and one female full-time Operations Executives who can assist in handling customer queries, social media, outreach to clients (like schools/brands), and general backend operations. You don’t need to know everything—we’ll train you. But you must be willing to learn, multitask, and communicate confidently. Urban Trekkers is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to lead one-day treks In Maharashtra. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, and explore beautiful places. Responsibilities : Lead and manage groups on one-day and overnight treks. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Provide information about the trek route and safety guidelines. Assist with any issues or emergencies that may arise during the trek. Engage with participants, including children, making sure they are having a good time. Organize and facilitate games and music activities while on the bus to and from trekking locations. Requirements : Passionate about trekking and the outdoors. Certification preferred in rock climbing or mountaineering course. Should be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is preferred. Should be fit enough. Good communication and leadership skills. Very caring about people and good with kids. Basic knowledge of first aid is mandatory, if not, it will be given to you.
