Trek Leader

Urban Trekkers is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to lead one-day treks In Maharashtra. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, and explore beautiful places.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage groups on one-day and overnight treks.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Provide information about the trek route and safety guidelines.
• Assist with any issues or emergencies that may arise during the trek.
• Engage with participants, including children, making sure they are having a good time.
• Organize and facilitate games and music activities while on the bus to and from trekking locations.

Requirements:

• Passionate about trekking and the outdoors.
• Certification preferred in rock climbing or mountaineering course.
• Should be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is preferred.
• Should be fit enough.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Very caring about people and good with kids.
• Basic knowledge of first aid is mandatory, if not, it will be given to you.
• Prior trekking experience is must!
• Should be a Mumbai resident.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹1,000.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
