Job Description:

Mantra Care is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Operations Executive to support our backend operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, working knowledge of operational tools, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. This role is essential in supporting efficiency, accuracy, and team coordination across various internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily backend operations including data entry, report generation, and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate operational data and tracking team performance metrics.
• Prepare and update reports, Excel sheets, and dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow established SOPs and quality standards for all internal processes.
• Provide administrative support and contribute to process improvement efforts.
• Help conduct internal audits and identify gaps in current operations.
• Participate in execution of small-scale projects and operational initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in backend operations, administration, or support roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, or ERP systems is a plus.
