Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive, located in Palwal. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient operations management, and liaising between various departments. Key tasks include monitoring operational performance, analyzing data, ensuring compliance with sector regulations, and continuously improving operational processes. The role involves significant interaction with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Experience in Operations and Operations Management
Analytical Skills to assess and improve operational performance
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the microfinance sector is a plus
