Operations Executive

Immediate Hiring Roles & Responsibilities: PO Management: Create Purchase Orders in SAP Ensure accuracy of data and timely PO issuance Planning & Coordination: Follow up on tanker planning after PO generation Coordinate with supervisors and clients for wait/unloading updates Tracking & Documentation: Timely updates in SAP tracking reports Generate and extend E-way bills as per requirements Communication: Draft and send emails to internal teams and customers Maintain clear, timely communication across departments Customer Handling: Independently manage coordination with small-scale customers Ensure client satisfaction and regular service updates Team Support: Provide support during team absences Be available to provide coordination or response from home after office hours when needed Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or transport operations role Any knowledge of SAP, E-way bills, and tracking tools Good command over written and spoken English and Hindi Proficient in Excel and email communication Self-driven, responsible, and a team player Working Hours: MonSat | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
