About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and streamline office operations across teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving organizational efficiency, coordinating inter-departmental activities, and ensuring smooth execution of daily operations.

This role demands a proactive individual with strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills who can drive operational excellence and support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.
• Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and help implement systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Assist management in planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Track ongoing projects, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for management review.
• Contribute to creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Operations, General Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
