As an STS Operations Executive at Omega Marine Solutions (Abrao Group STS Division) in New Delhi, your role involves a blend of operational coordination, sales support, and client management for Ship-to-Ship (STS) functions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage operational aspects and provide sales support to ensure effective STS functions management. - Coordinate operations for safe and efficient cargo transfer while maintaining customer relationships. - Attend client enquiries, prepare formal quotations aligned with client contracts, and ensure prompt responses to requests. - Process operational timesheets, maintain accurate records of cargo throughput, equipment usage, and complete monthly close-out procedures. - Raise invoices and handle expenses related to STS operations. - Oversee the allocation of equipment, personnel, and resources for STS operations. - Liaise with internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly. - Build and maintain strong relationships with STS associates and customers, address concerns, and drive new business opportunities. - Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry regulations, and safety best practices in STS operations. - Conduct equipment maintenance and update Management Information System (MIS) for operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/MBA in a relevant field such as Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field.
