Operations Executive

As an STS Operations Executive at Omega Marine Solutions (Abrao Group STS Division) in New Delhi, your role involves a blend of operational coordination, sales support, and client management. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing both operational aspects and sales support to ensure effective management of all STS functions. - Coordinating operations to ensure safe and efficient cargo transfer while maintaining customer relationships. - Attending client enquiries, preparing formal quotations, and ensuring timely responses to requests. - Processing operational timesheets, maintaining accurate records, and completing monthly close-out procedures. - Raising invoices and handling expenses related to STS operations. - Overseeing the allocation of equipment, personnel, and other resources for STS operations. - Liaising with internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with STS associates and customers, addressing concerns, and driving cross-selling or new business opportunities. - Ensuring adherence to company procedures, industry regulations, and best practices for safety and efficiency in STS operations. - Performing equipment maintenance and updating MIS of operations. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's or MBA in a relevant field such as Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field.
