Job Description

Role Overview: As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of retail stores by coordinating operations, legal documentation, and compliance. Additionally, you will provide support to store teams in sales and new store openings. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and complete the store opening checklist, including staff, stock, POS, branding, and licenses. - Ensure that store legal documentation, such as licenses and renewals, is up to date and well-maintained. - Serve as the primary point of contact for stores regarding daily operational queries. - Assist stores with stock management, logistics coordination, and resolving customer issues. - Offer operational support to backend and office teams to ensure seamless processes. Qualifications Required: - Education: B. Com / BBA / LLB (preferred). - Minimum of 3 years of retail or operations experience. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and problem-solving abilities.
