Operations Executive

Job Description - Maintaining records of orders - Preparing summary reports & other documentation - Releasing PO to suppliers - Communication with clients over email & phone to help them with their orders, deliveries, status updates, and payments etc. - Managing / overseeing dispatches, coordination with transporters - Maintaining cordial relationship with end clients - Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention and growth - Managing day-to-day operations - Internal & external coordination - Generating invoices, updating payment receipts, ledgers on Tally - Bookkeeping, daily update of purchase register, stock register, customer ledgers, reconciliation of bank accounts, keeping all books up-to date Skills - 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience - Any Graduate - Proficient in computer with fast typing speed - Proficient in MS Office, Emails, Internet and Technology, etc - Hands on experience in Tally is preferred - Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment - Go-getter attitude and a strong work ethic - Candidate should have a deeper understanding of sale, purchase, stock, income, expenses and good knowledge of accounting - High aptitude for dealing with numeric and financial data & statistics with commercial acumen - In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures - Excellent problem-solving skills and solution oriented attitude - Attention to details - Good communication & writing skills and a fluency in English is a must - Adaptable and flexible - Ability to work collaboratively and independently and in a team- oriented environment Company Profile KND Steel Syndicate based in Naraina, New Delhi, is a leading & most trusted supplier & exporter of Cold Rolled Medium / High carbon & Alloy steel strips / coils for Automobile, Electrical, Medical & other Industrial space.
