We're Hiring: Operations Executive

Team: Content Verification & Upskilling

Location: Remote

Salary Structure : 12000/- INR along with performance bonus

Language: Fluent Malayalam + Basic English (Kindly refrain from applying if language proficiency is not met)

Preference: Candidates from Kerala

We follow Bring Your Own Device Policy - Laptop is mandatory

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Operations Executive Intern to join our remote team full-time. You’ll play a key role in managing influencer campaigns, reviewing content, and helping creators improve their quality and consistency. If you’re organized, fluent in Malayalam, and interested in the influencer space, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Content Review:

   Check influencer videos for brand alignment, visual/audio quality, and overall presentation consistency.

• Influencer Collaboration:

   Guide and support creators through campaign requirements, building strong relationships.

• Process Optimization:

   Help improve internal workflows and drive better influencer outcomes.

• Problem Resolution:

   Identify and resolve content/campaign issues promptly to maintain quality and timelines.

• Campaign Coordination:

   Work on multiple projects at once, keeping content delivery on track and campaigns running smoothly.
