Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A. E-commerce Operations & Management (60%)

Listing Management:
Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across all key platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, social commerce channels) to ensure accurate descriptions, competitive pricing, and current inventory levels.
Inventory Coordination:
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to reconcile stock levels, forecast demand for top-selling items, and manage product discontinuations or returns.
Order Fulfillment:
Oversee the order processing flow, ensuring rapid processing, shipment tracking accuracy, and timely delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Platform Health:
Monitor platform performance metrics, customer reviews, and seller account health (e.g., policy compliance, fulfillment rate) to ensure operational excellence.

B. Product Photography & Content Creation (40%)

Photography Execution:
Plan and execute professional, high-resolution product photoshohoots (both studio and lifestyle shots) following brand guidelines and best practices for e-commerce conversion.
Image Editing & Optimization:
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom to meticulously edit, retouch, color-correct, and crop images, ensuring consistency and web optimization for fast load times.
