Operations Executive

Job Title: Backend Operation Executive – Product Training, Customer Support & Health Camp Coordination

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Backend Operation Executive. This role involves end-to-end ownership of product training, customer support, and health camp coordination. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of healthcare services, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service and wellness engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Training:

• Provide in-depth product training to internal teams, channel partners and customers.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and demo presentations for healthcare OPD plans and services.
• Create training materials, FAQs, and support documentation to ensure consistent messaging.

Customer Service & Support:

• Resolve customer queries related to OPD plans, health packages, and general usage.
• Handle post-sale service issues and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Health Camp & Partner Coordination:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute health camps with partner, doctors, and hospitals.
• Ensure proper branding, logistics, and execution of camps in alignment with marketing and sales goals.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and ensure smooth collaboration.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare services, wellness coordination, or customer support.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel locally for health camps, training sessions, and partner meetings.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
