Through our Soolal Singam Program , we champion responsible e-waste and plastic waste collection, education, and ethical recycling. We work closely with schools, communities, and local civic bodies to build a cleaner, greener Tamil Nadu. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day logistics, field operations, and backend support. This is a critical role for our early-stage team, ideal for someone who is passionate about sustainability and excited to grow with a fast-moving impact startup. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily waste collection schedules and field logistics Assist with school, community, and corporate pickup planning Maintain backend records, update Google Sheets, and report progress Support event logistics for awareness campaigns and drives Serve as a reliable point of contact between founders and field team Ensure on-ground operations are smooth, timely, and community-focused Who You Are Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome; experience preferred) Proficient in basic computer usage (Google Sheets, Email, etc.) Comfortable communicating in Tamil and basic English Willing to travel locally within Thoothukudi Reliable, proactive, and deeply interested in environmental impact Compensation Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 (Fixed for the first 6 months) Increment: Performance-based review after 6 months Perks: Certificate of contribution, leadership exposure in a growing startup, and opportunity to directly impact environmental change 📩 To Apply Send your resume to: 📧 connect@deepcyclehub.com 📱 WhatsApp: +91 93603 69636 Show more Show less
