Job Title: Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent processes.
Collaborate with various departments to align operational activities and meet business objectives.
Implement strategic planning initiatives to optimize operational productivity and efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of products and services while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare detailed operational reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on operational planning and logistics coordination.
Strong literacy with office productivity and project management software tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Capable of working onsite in Pune, Maharashtra, India, with a flexible approach to working hours.
