Dana Choga, an Indian restaurant brand with 22 outlets across NCR, is seeking an Operations Excellence Engineer to strengthen our Operations Excellence function and drive measurable impact across our cloud kitchen and restaurant network. 🔍 About the Role As a Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for mapping, measuring, and optimizing operational processes across outlets and cloud kitchens. You’ll play a critical role in identifying performance gaps, eliminating leaks, and fine-tuning systems to help scale our business more efficiently. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Map end-to-end processes for cloud kitchens and restaurant operations Record, measure, and track performance data across outlets Identify operational inefficiencies and systemic leaks Build dashboards, reports, and frameworks to support data-backed decisions Apply DMAIC and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement Collaborate with Ops, Supply Chain, and Tech teams to implement solutions Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership 🎓 Who Should Apply? Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics or Mathematics Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or operations excellence Six Sigma Green Belt / Yellow Belt Certified Strong understanding of DMAIC and continuous improvement practices Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets; Power BI/Tableau is a plus Strong analytical thinking, process mapping, and communication skills Prior exposure to hospitality/QSR/cloud kitchens is a plus 🌟 Why Join Dana Choga?
