Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Dana Choga in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR Hiring for our Restaurant & Cloud Kitchen. HR Executive will solely be responsible for hiring blue-collar employees across all 22 Outlets (Helper, Kitchen Staff, Delivery, and Dispatch) Reports To - HR Manager Department : Human Resources Qualifications Experience in Blue Collar Hiring Experience in conducting Job Fairs / Village Visits Good communication skills (Hindi / English) and interpersonal skills Excellent time management abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in Excel Compensation - 3 LPA Benefits package (Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Leave, Staff Food , PF, etc.) will be provided.
