Zamorins Solutions Pvt Ltd a leading software development company based in Infopark Kochi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to oversee and streamline the overall functioning of the organization

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline

Location Requirement
The candidate must reside within 8 kilometers of the Infopark Kakkanad Kochi office or be willing to relocate nearby for daily on-site presence

Experience
Seasoned professionals from Government State Central PSUs or any reputed private companies are preferredExperience in IT companies software development and sales and marketing is desirable

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall administration of the company and ensure smooth day to day operationsProficiency in English both written and verbal to handle internal and external communication effectivelyStrong computer skills including hands on experience with email MS Excel and MS WordHuman Resource support including recruitment coordination attendance monitoring and assisting with salary disbursementCoordinate with external partners such as auditors tax consultants and the Company Secretary’s office for statutory filings and complianceHandle internet banking activities related to company operationsPrepare and review content for social media posts related to the company and its products
