Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalised accommodation recommendations. Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice. Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience. Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks. What We’re Looking For: Experience as a consultant for study aborad education in UK, or worked as a consultant in student accommodation. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English. Strong active listening skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques. Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software. Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus. Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred. Educational Qualifications: Graduate with at least 60% in academics.
