Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize business processes, and enhance our analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analytics, ETL, data visualization, and predictive modeling. This role requires hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau/Metabase, and cloud-based data solutions (AWS/Redshift). Location - PuneCompensation - 15L-20L Key Responsibilities:Data Strategy & ManagementDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and analytics frameworks.Oversee the ETL process to ensure high-quality and structured data pipelines.Manage and optimize databases and data warehouses for performance and efficiency.Data Analysis & InsightsExtract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities.Build predictive models and statistical analyses to support decision-making.Develop automated dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics.Business Impact & Decision SupportPartner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) to provide actionable insights.Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance.Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior leadership.Leadership & Stakeholder CollaborationLead a team of analysts (if applicable) and mentor junior team members.Present insights, reports, and business recommendations to key stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, data technologies, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications:6-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks and cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift is a plus).Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI.Experience in statistical modeling, trend analysis, and predictive analytics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Prior experience in leading analytics projects or mentoring junior analysts. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.Exposure to machine learning models and forecasting techniques.Understanding of business KPIs and financial metrics.
