Operations Associate / Operations Lead – E-commerce & Custom Apparel

• Own the complete order lifecycle: order intake → production → quality check → dispatch → final delivery
• Coordinate with POD and custom apparel vendors (DTG, screen printing, embroidery)
• Track and proactively resolve order delays, reprints, returns, and escalations
• Monitor and report on SLAs, turnaround times (TATs), and daily order volumes
• Manage orders using Shopify, OMS tools, and spreadsheets
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
• Maintain accurate order data, operational trackers, SOPs, and reports
• Communicate clearly and consistently with US-based clients and internal teams during EST working hours
  

• 2–6+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, or supply chain roles
• Strong hands-on experience managing physical product fulfilment
• Prior exposure to custom apparel / Print-on-Demand (POD) / merchandising is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of Shopify, OMS, ERP, or order tracking systems
• Prior or recent experience working directly with US clients
• Must be comfortable understanding US accents and conducting professional conversations
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory)
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US EST
• Strong execution mindset with high attention to detail

• IELTS overall band score of 7 or above (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience working with US-based brands or global clients
• Exposure to process improvement, SOP creation, or basic automation
• Background in startup or fast-paced e-commerce environments
