Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Operations Associate, located in Kottakkal. As part of our wealth management team, you'll be at the heart of our client service operations, ensuring seamless delivery of our financial planning services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Onboarding:

    Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including documentation, KYC verification, and account setup
  • Investment Operations:

    Handle and process client investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Documentation Management:

    Maintain comprehensive records of client portfolios, investment statements, and compliance documentation
  • Client Coordination:

    Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing updates on their investment processes
  • Process Management:

    Coordinate with financial advisors, fund houses, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Operational Excellence:

    Monitor and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and client experience
  • Compliance Support:

    Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Problem Resolution:

    Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to maintain service quality


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn are welcome)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Client-focused with a problem-solving mindset
