Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to maximize efficiency and growth.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Operations Manager or similar managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
