Operations Assistant

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing accurate data entry for life insurance policies, quotations, and endorsements. You will also assist in policy servicing activities such as renewals, changes, and cancellations. Your role will involve supporting quotation generation and documentation for new business, as well as maintaining and updating business reports, dashboards, and MIS. It will be crucial for you to log and track policies in our internal systems to ensure proper record-keeping. Additionally, you will need to coordinate effectively with our sales, underwriting, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Following up on pending documentation and ensuring adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition to your daily tasks, you may be required to assist in auditing and compliance-related documentation as needed. This will involve working closely with various teams within the organization to uphold our standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
