Operations Assistant

Clumsy Designs is a branding and marketing studio working with startups, businesses, and creators across India. As the Founder’s Assistant, you’ll work directly with the founder to manage studio operations, keep projects and people on track.

Job Description

Task & Team Coordination

• Track and manage daily/weekly team tasks (via Notion/Trello)
• Follow up with the team to ensure deadlines are met
• Schedule internal and client meetings
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and summaries

Keep the Founders on Track

• Maintain a weekly calendar and block time for deep work
• Send daily reminders or checklists (via WhatsApp/email/voice note)
• Note founder’s ideas and convert them into action items
• Help reduce procrastination & keep priorities focused

Operational & Studio Support

• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and clients
• Manage documentation, invoices, and proposals
• Assist in social media planning and basic brand research

Growth & Research

• Research tools, trends, and inspiration for design/marketing
• Find productivity hacks and help build internal systems
• Support workshops, events, and new initiatives

• Extremely organized, reliable, and proactive
• A people person: warm, good with follow-ups, assertive without being pushy
• Comfortable with tools like Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Trello/Notion, Zoom
• Good written communication skills in English & Hindi
• Curious, fast learner, and unafraid to handle new tools or tasks
• Bonus: interest in branding, marketing, design, or entrepreneurship
