Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, analyzing performance data, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with operations management tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring workflow, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service.

• Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the mining industry or related fields is a plus
