Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor STB repair activities on the shop floor.
Assist in receiving, allocating, and tracking units through the repair/testing process.
Maintain daily reports, dashboards, and repair/defect records.
Ensure technicians follow ESD, 5S/6S, safety, and process guidelines.
Support material movement, inventory checks, and spare/component availability.
Follow up on TAT, production targets, and escalate delays or issues.
Assist in quality checks and final inspection coordination.

Required Skills:

Understanding of basic electronics and STB repair workflow.
Good coordination, documentation, and MIS skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, reporting formats, and process compliance.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualification & Experience:

ITI/PUC/SSLC
0–2 years experience in repair/service operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
