Designation: Operations Assistant

Location: Indira Nagar, Bangalore

Education: any graduation

Experience: 1+ yearsWork Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Profile:

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR/Admin support, including attendance tracking and maintaining employee data bank
• Assist with expense sorting and categorization for accounting
• Schedule meetings, manage travel arrangements, coordinate events, and prepare reports or communication as required
• Manage office stationery and equipment
• Oversee employee ESI/Insurance and ensure timely compliance and renewals

Qualifications:

• Commerce degree, Diploma in Commerce, or any non-technical diploma/graduate qualification
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
