Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for the position of Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant will oversee the day-to-day management of operational tasks, assist in facilitating efficient workflow, monitor inventory, and ensure smooth functioning of various processes. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining operational records, and providing exceptional support in customer service interactions. Qualifications Proven expertise in Operations and Operations Management Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders Customer Service experience to ensure high standards in client interaction Proficiency in organizational and multitasking capabilities Previous experience in a similar operations role is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields is preferred
