Operations Assistant

As an Operations Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day coordination across stores, inventory, and production support. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in ensuring smooth operational activities. Female candidates are encouraged to apply to complement our existing team. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Inventory & Materials Coordination** - Oversee incoming and outgoing stock records. - Support stock updates and periodic inventory checks. - Coordinate material availability for ongoing production needs. - **Production Planning Support** - Help align daily material requirements with production schedules. - Ensure smooth handover between stores and the shop floor. - Flag any supply shortages and proactively support production flow. - **Team Supervision** - Guide and support a small team in routine operational activities. - Foster collaboration across stores, production, and admin staff. - Ensure adherence to basic workplace safety and quality standards. - **Administration & Communication** - Maintain clear and organized documentation of all stock and production activities. - Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and deliveries. - Communicate effectively across departments to keep operations running smoothly. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in operations, inventory coordination, administration, or team handling (manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory). - Strong organizational and planning skills. - Proficient with numbers and basic data handling (Excel/spreadsheet familiarity preferred). - Confident communicator and team player. - Interest in growing into broader operational leadership. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
