Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant at Realezi, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will be part of a fast-growing prop-tech platform in Vadodara, dedicated to simplifying and enhancing the real estate experience. Your main role will be to visit properties for video shoots and walkthroughs, handle property onboarding, coordinate with various stakeholders, maintain records, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Visit properties across Vadodara for video shoots and walkthroughs - Handle property onboarding, including capturing accurate details, photos, and videos - Coordinate with homeowners and internal teams for smooth execution - Maintain organized records of onboarded properties and their status - Ensure timely completion of field tasks and daily reporting Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or fieldwork - Basic understanding of video shooting using phone or camera - Fluent in English with good communication skills - Confident, self-driven, and detail-oriented - Must have a two-wheeler for local travel If you are passionate about real estate and operations, and meet the qualifications mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for the Operations Assistant position at Realezi.
