The Video Shooting Executive position requires a talented and motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in the field. As a Video Shooting Executive, your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality videos for various purposes such as promotions, social media, and internal content. You will be expected to plan, set up, and execute video shoots for different campaigns and content needs, ensuring smooth operations and meeting deadlines effectively. Collaboration with the creative and marketing teams is essential to understand video goals and requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for operating cameras, lighting, and sound equipment proficiently, capturing staged and real-time footage, and organizing raw footage for post-production editing. Regular maintenance and management of all video production equipment will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in video shooting/production and be proficient in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and sound equipment. An understanding of basic video composition, lighting setups, and framing is necessary.
