Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Assistant Manager to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience and a strong background in managing operations, preferably in an international setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
Experience working in an international setting is preferred.
