Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Assistant Manager to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience and be based in India.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with teams to achieve business objectives and resolve issues.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in BPO/Call Centre.
Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international teams and clients is an added advantage.
