• Idea Collection & Evaluation:

  Gather and evaluate innovative ideas from affiliated colleges, preparing proposals for senior leadership.

• Startup Market Research:

  Conduct secondary research and compile detailed reports on startups, incubators, and regional trends.

• Project Coordination:

  Oversee the execution of selected projects by liaising with college teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

• Entrepreneurship Events:

  Assist in planning and executing startup pitch events, hackathons, speaker sessions, and workshops.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Maintain thorough documentation of ideas, project progress, and event outcomes for internal tracking.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Serve as a coordination point among colleges, innovation teams, and central management.

• BBA degree (preferably with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or General Management)
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace
• Interest or prior exposure to startups, innovation, or project coordination
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

• Firsthand exposure to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship development
• Practical experience in project execution and event management
• Opportunity to contribute to innovation strategy and present ideas to leadership
