Operations and Performance Manager, (HR-Female)

As an Operations and Performance Manager in the Apparel industry located at Kochi, Convent Junction, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality control processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be required to conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations while analyzing quality-related data to provide valuable feedback. Collaboration on process improvements and corrective actions will be essential to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. In addition, you will need to provide training and guidance on quality control procedures, promote continuous improvement, and quality awareness within the organization. Investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions will be part of your routine tasks. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 1-2 years of experience in HR, performance management, or administration, with a preference for an MBA in HR or any graduate with performance monitoring experience.
