Operations and Partner Success Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the Sales team to gather updates on ongoing sales cases and maintain structured reporting.
• Communicate progress and key developments to partners such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and other ecosystem collaborators.
• Manage class uploads and updates on our training portals; maintain content and operational hygiene.
• Support marketing efforts by coordinating blog, article, and social media content creation.
• Ensure partner documentation, reports, and metrics are updated and submitted as per agreed timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and training activities.
• Assist in preparing partner review presentations and internal sales performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, operations, marketing, or partner-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to multitask and follow through on commitments.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and content management systems is a plus.
• Experience with cloud or training companies is a bonus.
