Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – Cloud & AWS Solutions Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and driven Lead Generation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in inside sales and lead generation , specifically in the AWS cloud services space. Your focus will be on P rospecting , A ccount research , and Q ualifying leads for our AWS offerings, including C loud migrations , C ost Optimization , and Well-Architected Framework reviews . You will use tools such as BuiltWith , Lusha , and Apollo to identify high-potential accounts and generate interest through strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted lead generation campaigns for AWS-based services and solutions Identify and research potential accounts using tools like BuiltWith , Lusha , and Apollo.io Initiate outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and qualify leads Understand customer pain points and align them with relevant AWS services Schedule qualified meetings for solution architects and account executives Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and lead status in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target accounts Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, lead qualification, and meetings set Stay updated on AWS technologies and best practices to speak confidently with technical stakeholders Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development Demonstrated success generating leads for cloud or IT services , preferably AWS Hands-on experience with lead generation and enrichment tools: BuiltWith – for identifying technology stacks Lusha and Apollo.io – for finding and verifying contact information Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with senior-level decision-makers Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud concepts; AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus Familiarity with AWS Migration best practices, cost optimization techniques, and Well-Architected Reviews is desirable Why Join Us?
