KPC International is a premium hotel linen and textile brand providing luxury bed and bath linen to top hotels and resorts. We specialize in delivering high-quality, custom-made linen directly from our partnered manufacturing units to hospitality clients across India and Bhutan.

As we expand our operations, we are looking for an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team and ensure smooth daily operations — from order management to delivery.

Role Overview

The Operations & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing orders, inventory, dispatch, and vendor coordination to ensure that every client order is delivered accurately, on time, and to our quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and proactive, who enjoys ensuring that everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order processing, packaging, and dispatch schedules.
• Liaise with the sales team and clients for order updates and delivery confirmations.
• Maintain stock and inventory records using MS Excel or Tally.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Track shipments, resolve logistics or transport delays, and maintain dispatch documentation.
• Assist in planning product movements for trade fairs, exhibitions, and client deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports (order tracking, inventory status, vendor records).

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply coordination.
• Strong command of MS Excel (must) and basic familiarity with Tally.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related fields preferred.
