Operations and Logistics Coordinator

As an Operations & Logistics Coordinator at KPC International, your role will involve managing orders, inventory, dispatch, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality linen products to our esteemed hospitality clients in India and Bhutan. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will be key to maintaining smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily order processing, packaging, and dispatch schedules. - Liaise with the sales team and clients for order updates and delivery confirmations. - Maintain stock and inventory records using MS Excel or Tally. - Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to ensure timely procurement and delivery. - Track shipments, resolve logistics or transport delays, and maintain dispatch documentation. - Assist in planning product movements for trade fairs, exhibitions, and client deliveries. - Prepare and maintain operational reports such as order tracking, inventory status, and vendor records. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply coordination. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic familiarity with Tally. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams. - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. - Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related fields preferred.
